Lesson Policies

1.1 If you are unable to attend a lesson for whatever reason then 24 hours notice is required, in the event of a last minute cancelation the full fee will still be charged.

1.2 If you do not attend a lesson full fee will still be charged. Lessons start from the time scheduled and you will have a 15 minute period after which the lesson will be canceled, if you however need more time let me know and I will wait.

1.3 If you would like to cancel a lesson this has to be done over the phone or in person. If you do cancel a lesson by email or text message the lessons is not canceled until a reply is received stating that I have acknowledgement that you have cancelled a lesson.

1.4 In the rare event that I should have to cancel a lesson I will contact you in order to try arrange a rescheduled lesson.

2.1 I retain the right to refuse to teach anyone if I feel that this is the right decision.

3.1 Any vouchers that have been received as a prize cannot be refunded.

4.1 Teaching songs chosen by students depends on time available between each lesson to learn selected song.

4.2 If you would like to learn a song, this will be done on a first come, first served basis.
